Signal Hill Trail at Mt Magazine State Park 

2,753 feet above sea level, the highest point in Arkansas.  Stones at the top of Signal Hill are arranged in the shape of Arkansas.  (Note — there is no  view from the top as the "summit" is surrounded by a dense hardwood forest and undergrowth.)
