Some lady boarders at the Globe Hotel, in testimony of their appreciation of the exertions of Mr. Mullarkey in behalf of the volunteers, last evening presented to him a beautiful Confederate flag. Of the speeches made on the occasion, we were unable to obtain a correct report, but we can personally testify that the flag was duly saluted with a volley from champaign bottles. The flag is to be displayed this morning. Long may it wave.
