The Goliad (Texas) Messenger says, a company of twenty-seven armed men passed through that place en route for Mexico the other day. The expedition is a secret one, and the Messenger has done wrong to herald it to the world. Should the news of their coming go before them and the matter be whispered in the halls of the Montezumas—past any reasonable doubt, the walls of the same will crack. The K. G. C’s are supposed to have a finger in this affair.
